Karuna Teacher's Training Mahila College is organised by Chandigarh Manav Vikas Charitable Trust. This Trust was constituted and registered on 28.11.2003, with a pious objective of Educational, Social & Economical development of Women. The Karuna Teacher's Training Mahila College is proposed to be established only for girls by this Society.

Karuna Teacher's Training Mahila College is affiliated by MGS University Bikaner and N.C.T.E. This College was established 2006 and NCTE new recognised order is F.No./NRC/NCTE/RJ-1382/2015/100255, dated 18 May 2015.
B.S.T.C. (Intake):
Karuna Teacher's Training Mahila College is affiliated by Directorate Panjiyak Shiksha Vibhagiya Pariksha, Bikaner and N.C.T.E. for 50 Seats (2 Units)
